Your store, data, subscription plan, and applications will all continue to work just like before — no action necessary. And as we continue to integrate with the Lightspeed platform, we’ll let you know about new tools and features available in your control panel.
Will my customers be affected?
Nope! You shouldn’t experience any disruption in service or changes to your support. Plus, now that we’ve joined forces with Lightspeed, you’ll have access to even more resources to help you build and scale your business.
Will anything change?
You’ll see some changes to our branding in the coming weeks as we begin to integrate with the Lightspeed family, but we’ll still be the same great platform underneath.
And rest assured, we’ll always notify you in advance if changes are being made that could affect your account.
How do I login to my store?
Everything you need to access and use your Ecwid account will remain unchanged. You’ll login to your store from my.Ecwid.com
If I need help, where can I find support?
Our support team will continue to be available through your Control Panel. Our Help Center will also remain live to offer new resources and support for your ecommerce journey.
I’m an Ecwid Partner. What does this mean for me and our partnership?
It’s business as usual! We’re still the same team of passionate ecommerce experts, and we will make sure there are no disruptions to your daily business. Although we’ll have a new name, your ecommerce software will stay the same.
Your stores, data, subscription plans, and applications will all continue to work just like before; there will be no action necessary on your end. And as we continue to integrate with the Lightspeed platform, we’ll let you know about new tools and features available to you and your merchants.
Will my clients be affected?
Nope! You (and your clients) shouldn’t experience any disruptions in service or changes to your support.
What changes will I see as a partner?
