It’s almost like having your own personal Lady Whistledown. Keeping on top of reviews allows us to keep an eye out for what’s trending and what’s not so trending. This allows us to keep our customers in mind by either emulating success stories, or taking tips from those that weren’t so successful. It’s also just a fun way to pass time, because you never know what interesting things the general populace will have to say.
