Our founder, Susan Noel, has worked in the food service industry for over forty years. Born and raised in Grenville "La Baye", Grenada. Her recipes are rooted in the West Indies, but also incorporate flavors from around the world.
Susan is a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), a Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), and a member of Healthcare Catering International (HCI). She is committed to the highest standards of food safety and quality. Susan believes that food is sacred, and from concept to creation, Flavour De La Baye honors that principle.
