Here's where you can get some support from me.
You can book a Test Report if you need me to go through your results, explain what they mean and recommend what to do about them. Once paid-for, send me an email and attach the results and a bit of background about why you tested, what you were looking for and a brief bit of case history so I can put them into context. If I need more info, don't worry; I'll ask. I will then either email my thoughts to you or suggest we have a chat.
Half-hour Support Time is there for those times you need a chat about stuff, but don't need a full consultation - or aren't sure what you need! We can do this by video, phone or email. Or book a Support Call for us to chat through your situation together and come up with some ideas to move you forward. Pay on this site first and then book a slot in my diary here. I will then confirm your appointment etc.
Work Time is for when I may have asked you to book me some time to work on something for you like designing a protocol or doing some research.
An Initial Consultation (not available currently) includes a chat of up to an hour or so, an email to remind you of our main points, links to stuff to research/read and an approach or protocol for you to consider. Pay on this site first and then book a slot in my diary here. I will then confirm your appointment, give you the address if in-person (I am in Looe, Cornwall), send you some new patient forms to complete and get you set up on the clinic practice system. Reviews are recommended every 4-6 weeks or as decided between us. We will go through any test results, re-score your symptoms, discuss progress and tweak your protocol as necessary. Please bear in mind there are likely to be extra costs for lab testing, if we decide together it's wise to get more info, and for supplements. I prefer face to face (ie physically or video) for these wherever possible as I get tons more information that way somehow!
I'm a generalist at heart so I like dealing with lots of different things. I do an awful lot of adrenal, thyroid, allergy, fatigue and gut work, but have interests in lots of areas. If you're not sure if I'm the person you need, just email me (email@example.com) and we'll chat about whether I think I could help. I usually can, but if not, I may well know someone else who can!
I charge out at £95 per hour which is less than half what colleagues with the same experience charge. It's important to me that healthcare is affordable. I'd like to be free on the NHS, but stopped holding my breath a long time ago!

Hints & Tips
Q: Should I send you anything before an Initial Consultation?
I don't do any thinking before the call because otherwise it would take twice as long and I'd not be able to do any of them at all then! Also, to be honest, I like to hear you talk it through as it helps me put pictures together in my head better. If I've read stuff before, it can prejudice the way I think about what you say to me!
Q: What happens once I've ordered a video call?
A: Book yourself a slot here on my booking system. I will confirm your appointment and then send you an email with details on how to join the call at your appointed time. If you prefer Skype, that's fine. My address is purehealthclinic. Just let me know so i'm not sitting with the wrong system open feeling like a wally waiting for you!
Q: What about if doing it by phone?
A: Just book your slot in the diary, give me your landline number on your shop order or email it to me. I'll email you with a phone number and then please call me at your allotted time. If we get cut off or something, I'll have yours ready to call you back! Please don't call on a mobile as it really breaks concentration when you're struggling with a signal! If that happens, I will ask you to call back on a landline so I can hear you properly! Just so you know, I prefer to consult by video if poss; I get more info somehow!
