New 'What's New' Product Description Is Not displaying correctly


The new product description feature that I would like to use does not display correct on my site please see attached and any help/advice.

I checked your store at https://www.fxfactory.com.au and I see that right now you use the old product details page layout. I believe that you temporarily enabled the new layout in the Ecwid Control Panel → Settings → What’s New and then disabled it as the description didn't look right to you.

I looked at the screenshot and I think I know what you mean by "does not display correct": the description is under the "Add to Bag" button and not under product image where it used to be.

The thing is that for the new layout we changed the default position of the description. In the near future, we will add a setting to the Control Panel which will allow changing the default position of the description and other storefront elements. As for now, you can ask Ecwid Customer Care team to make such changes in your store. So, if I guessed right and you need to get the description under the image, just let me know and I'll change that setting for your store.

In case you're referring to something else, please, describe in more detail what you found wrong in the new layout and we'll find a solution for you.
