You present each tour as a product:

— put the description of the tour (day-by-day) in the product description;

— create product options for each tour, that will have optional extra packages and dates (like food, extra entertainment, accomodation and etc);

— your customer will be able to read the description, choose whichever options he wants to choose and checks out;

— you could rename the "Add to bag" button to "Book and pay" (available on all paid plans);

All in all, it is fairly easy to set this up. However, you would probably need to upgrade to one of our paid plans, as considering one tour = one product, you might need more, than 10 products (which is the limit for the Free plan).
