Is there a possibility to add the "Japan Post"
site) to the automated shipping cost calculator (Carrier-calculated)? Or this option already exists in one of the paid subscriptions plans?

If you'd like to use a shipping carrier that is not integrated with Ecwid, please consider the following solutions:

1. Manually configure a method emulating the rates of the carrier in your Ecwid Control Panel → Settings → Shipping & Pickup. Follow this instruction to add the methods: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/a...ng#Customtable

2. You can opt for a custom integration: for that, you will need to create a custom script on your server using our Shipping API: https://developers.ecwid.com/api-doc...hipping-method

It means you will need to create a custom code for your store and put it to the server where your site is hosted. Please note, this will require advanced programming skills.

If you need a professional help with such customization, you may want to hire a developer. In Ecwid, we offer a customization service on a paid basis. I tried configuring it manually but isn't accurate enough. And I don't have a website, for now I'm using Facebook as my store, so I think script isn't an option in this case, right? If I'm wrong, please, I'd like to know how many hours this will take, prices and so on.
My goal: use Japan Post to automatically calculate the shipping cost.

The direct answer to your question is yes, you can use the script in your Facebook store. The customization will look like an app and it will affect all your storefronts including the Facebook store.
