2 shipping methods setup but only 1 shows in cart


How can we help you? Hi I setup 2 shipping methods - priority and first class usps. They both cover the same zone (usa). When I go to the store and try to order, only the priority shows up in the choices. Not sure what I am doing wrong!

Thank you for your question!

I carefully checked your store ID 1232245 and made sure that both of shipping methods (U.S.P.S. 1st class shipping and Priority Mail) are enabled.

Then I placed two test orders in your store. The first order had subtotal of $36 and the second one - $12. In both cases, as I proceeded to the Shopping Cart page, U.S.P.S. shipping carrier was set as default. But as I clicked “Change” under “Shipping shown for *address*”, I could choose another shipping method that is set up in your store - Priority Mail. Take a look at the screenshots:





Could you please try to repeat the steps I made?
If you see only one shipping method available on the Shopping Cart page, could you please send me links to the products that you were adding to the shopping bag when you faced this issue?

Hi Florence - yes, I think it is working now. It could have been a cache issue but now I am seeing it appear as an option so it looks as if all is good
