Facebook presents a higher price than in ecwid.

How do I sync the prices.
They are given in SEK.
A product on my webshop costs 39 SEK and FaceBook wats to sell it for 48,75 SEK.
How do I fix this?

Kind regards,
Judit

Hello,

This is Charlie, Ecwid customer care.

It seems like the problem is connected to the tax settings. You have enabled 'Include taxes in product prices' setting for your tax. See:

Although you I see, that your tax settings apply only for people from Sweden, it might not have been so at the time you uploaded products to Facebook.

So I think a simply re-sync will fix the issue.

Please, go to your Ecwid dashboard, then click on 'Sell on Facebook' tab, find the button 'Sync' and click on it.

This should help, please let me know how it goes.
