Problem with receiving emails from ecwid on my .eu address


Hi ecwid team,

I do not receive any emails from notifications@ecwid.com on my email address
info °at° xxxxxxxx .eu

Previously I used a .com email address and it worked smoothly.

The problem exists for the email validation procedure as well as admin notifications.

- I already tried to resend many times.
- Logged out and in again.
- Changed the address back and forth.
- I did check my spam folder.
- I already added notifications@ecwid.com to my address book (in the web interface of my email provider and on my computer).
- I never marked one of your messages as spam.

Is my email on the rejection list in your mail delivery system, due to any reason?

Please help.

Hi Flo,

I am so sorry to learn that you faced this issue.

I checked our mail server records and as I can see, the messages from Ecwid were not delivered to your email address due to the following error:

Soft-Bounced
Invalid Domain


Do you receive messages from anybody else to your email?

Please, contact the team who manages your DNS to resolve this issue. Once you resolve the issue, you will be able to receive messages from Ecwid.

Thanks for getting back to me.
The email account receives email from Gmail, web.de etc. without any problem.

I'll enquire with my .eu email provider.
If you have any more ideas how to resolve this, let me know.

Hi Wendy,
The email provider said I should wait a bit (the domain was newly registered) ... and voila, it's working now! Strange that it was working with other sending addresses before, but anyway, it's solved now.
