Accessing Live Chat Support


Hi there -

I have a Wix Premium account, and I was promised that it had the same features as the Business account. I'm looking around for the live chat support, and I can't find it.

My immediate issue is that I've asked for the verification email to be sent, and it hasn't gone through.

i'm trying to contact someone about setting up an account to sell raffle tickets for my non-profit organization. I have tried the live chat, but I have been cut off due to idling too long. Paypal isn't allowing me to use their services any longer to sell my tickets as they consider it gambling and that violates their acceptable use policy. Can someone please contact me to get this going? fireman2498@gmail.com

Thank you for your kind words.

Live chat support is available for all Business and Unlimited plan users. I believe you have more than one Ecwid account, right? You need to login to your Ecwid control panel and on the top right you'll see 'Contact Us' link. There you'll see the support options available for the account you are logged in at the moment.

If you have any questions, you can also ask them here. We'll be glad to help.

Default Buying options

I need help adding the brand and inches option to my site so my customers can order their hair. right now all i see is the quantity option
