Customer Service Number


Can I please get a phone number to reach a representative at Ecwid. I am reluctant to do so before I upgrade. I am trying to use your apparel template but I no longer see it after I signed up. What happened? Will I be able to use it if I upgrade?

Users on all paid subscriptions can receive replies from our support team by contacting us via email, and our customers on Business and Unlimited plans are entitled to livechat and phone support.

Feel free to upgrade to get premium support or, please, post your questions here on forums.

To him it may concern,

Hey my name is Richard Morgan and I am contacting you on the behalf of Ver Le Trell. My reason for this email is that we are trying to use your store front as our online store because we love the break down. But however we are a apparel company and while trying to set everything up the store would allow use to put sizes on our product and we are trying to figure that out. So if we can have some contact us back about getting that set up. Thanks.

hi ,,i am having problems removing some items from my store front how do I get them off my wix site? I had searched the Ecwid site and they are not there ,, here is my website http://nlewis5104@wix.com/art-in-time i need the apple removed and I need 2 other items placed on there the apple says brides choker,, and the camera says 2 pendants this is on my website on wix ,, if you can help me out i would very much appreciate it. thanks Norma

Hello,

I've checked your store and as far as I can see all the demo products are removed from your control panel. However some elements of the demo products like image and description are still there. To fix this you simply need to go to your control panel on the Catalog -> Products -> Product details page and set the needed description, SKU, price and product images (at the bottom of the page) to your products. After you do this they will be displayed correctly on your storefront.
