Store Loading Slow

My store appears to lag a lot when opening.
My customers have noticed this also.
Is this to do with google sites?

Thank you for the report.

We are currently investigating the speed issues of Australian clients trying to open the stores based on Ecwid. It appears like Cloudfront, the content delivery network provided by Amazon Web Services and used in Ecwid to deliver the essential parts of the shops, is currently having issues with slow access from Australian networks. You can monitor the progress of our investigation in this bugtracker ticket: http://www.ecwid.com/bt/view.php?id=10387 .

We are very sorry for this trouble. A*fast storefront is what we believe one of the key advantages of Ecwid, so we do our best to enable the speedy shops for all the world.

Amazon, which servers and services we use to host Ecwid have just added an edge location in Sydney, Australia. It means that if you're located in Australia, Ecwid stores should load faster.

I would like to ask our Australian users to open our demo store and check it out: http://www.ecwid.com/demo-frontend.html
How is it loading for you?

This normally happens due to slow css. sometimes designers use heavy javascript or jquery slider to show featured products. this thing make the website slower and it not only frustrate the client but also Google
