Hi,my students said that they couldn't access to my store,when they click on it,it say broken link,how can i fix it ? thanks in advance

Can you please detail the issue? Could you recreate on mobiles?

The thing is, Facebook has certain restrictions hindering the work of applications on mobiles, and it impacts all Facebook apps, not only Ecwid. This is a limitation of Facebook: applications developed not by Facebook are not shown on mobile devices. All Android and iOS tablets are considered as mobile devices as well. So that’s why it's not possible to open Ecwid store integrated to Facebook when browsing from a mobile device.
