I can normally find what I am looking for in your knowledge base, but not today :-)

There are 2 items that I need to remove (or hide) from one of the checkout pages. Here is a screen shot of the page.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

    margin-top: 50px; /* adjust the value to your needs */
}
