"Can't ship to this location"


I have had two customers, one in Dec. and one this week, who have been told that I "can't ship to my location". I have Worldwide selected, I have weights on the listings, they checked their addresses...what can I do? I have tried everything these forums have suggested.
My store is http://what-i-found.com/. The dates they tried to order are 12/22/12 and 1/19/13. The zip codes were 44611 and 01915. My product weights are standard, all of these are set at 0.2. (I have a few others set at 0.3)
The latest order was for;

At a guess I would say it is too heavy for your USPS 1st class shipping method. Works OK for just a few items to that postcode.

Slice you may have saved the day! That makes perfect sense. I've added a Priority option and will have the customer try again. Thank you for looking into this for me!
