Free Delivery to very narrow UK Postcode list

I am in the process of setting up a storefront for a customer selling fast food online. He currently offers free delivery within a 2 mile radius of his outlet but charges for further afield.

I know the postcodes that the radius cover but cannot correctly configure the shipping zones to show the correct delivery charges.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try to create a new zone with these postcodes and then add a "0.00" shipping rate with it?

I currently have the following setup (although I'm not convinced it is correct)
----
Zone Title: Postcodes
Countries: United Kingdom
Zip/Postal Codes: L25_*
----
Shipping | User Defined Method
Method Name: Delivery Charged
Zone: Postcodes
Per Order: 1.00
----
The above set up isn't applying any delivery charge regardless of the delivery address.

An order in Ecwid will trigger the shipping cost calculation only in case when a tangible product is in the shopping bag. The products are considered tangible in Ecwid when they have weight defined in their products details page in Ecwid control panel.

I have checked your store and found out that your products don't have weight set.

Once you do this shipping methods will be shown as expected.
