Recently Ecwid has renewed a Design page in the control panel. The new page gives an opportunity for more advanced design customization. Here is a video of how new Design page looks: http://take.ms/OwfZ6
I've checked your store and I see that Product Options indeed do not display on the product details page. To display options, please, do the following:
1) Open Ecwid Control panel > Design
2) Scroll down to find a 'Sidebar' section.
3) Tick the box "Product options" to display them on the product details page. The changes will immediately display in the preview on the right.
