Tax not being charged even though it is set up


order #1360 was not charged tax even though this zone is set up for 9%. I have noticed this happening on several orders. How can I ensure the tax is correct. Please assist.

Hello,

Thank you for the details.

I have checked this order. As far as I can see the customer's zip code is 91107, you have a zone setup in your store that includes this zip code - California - 9% Counties.

I have checked your Taxes page and as far as I can see you did not add the rate for this zone yet though, please see this screenshot: http://take.ms/MM2lK. That is why the tax rate was not added to this customer's order on the checkout.

Please, on Settings - Taxes page add another tax rate for the California - 9% Counties zone.
