[Northern Beaches Watercolour]

I have a store within Wix. I want people to be able to favourite, wishlist my items.
I have a free ecwid store on Wix.
In my ecwid account it says that all Wishlists/ favourites are a free for all merchants, and that I can enable it in settings. (see picture 1.)

When I go into settings, that option is greyed out, and it says I have to upgrade!! to get the favourites feature. (see picture 2)

When i click the upgrade button, I'm shown a selection of plans,...under the FREEplan (which I have) it says wishlist is free. See picture 3.

So Which is it ...free nor not free. If it's free, why can't I enable it??

Thank you for your post and being vigilant.

By default, the Favourites feature is available on the paid plan. It is even indicated in the corresponding Knowledge base article (screenshot). But for some reason, this feature is listed as free on Wix.

I have forwarded your query to the Product Team. And will update you as soon as I get the reply from them.

Thanks Andrew, I'd appreciate that.
If it is free, with the Wix plan, I would love that. In fact, it would be a goodwill gesture on Ecwid's part to honour it (or maybe make Wix honour it!! ) since it's so clearly stated as fact. Thanks.
