clarify when customers receive email notification


I see that I can enable email notification when order is "complete." Yet I can't find a status named "complete." I see these statuses

New
Processing
Shipped
Delivered
Will Not Deliver

So if I select to notify a customer when order is "complete" at what stage do they get an email. Thank you

“Order is completed” notification is sent to your customer, when s/he placed an order. This notification contains details about customers order, like shipping and billing address, list of ordered items, etc.

Also “Order is completed” notification is sent when order Payment status is changed to “Queued”, “Accepted” or “Chargable”.
