Hello,
We are in need of allowing our customers to upload files for printing (large files) larger than 15meg. Please advise if we can pay extra for an increased service.
We would also like to include an information request form for each product, please advise the best way to accomplish this?

The business will be selling print, customers upload hi-res pdfs and we get it printed.

with multiple choices within each prouct, the total does not increase when adding options.
Is it true that the main price will add up if the silver package is purchased?

As far as I understand, you mean that product options do not change the base price displayed on the product details page, correct?

In Ecwid you can set the price Price Modifier for every option of a product in Ecwid control panel -> Catalog- > click on the product title -> Options. As a result each option, that has a price modifier defined, will be displayed with the modifier value in brackets. We think this is the most optimal way, because in this case your customers know how much this or that option costs them.

If you would like the product price displaed on the product details page to be changed in accordance with the options selected, the Product Variations feature will allow you to update your product price on the fly. Your customer will be able to see the new price immediately right on the product details page. This feature is only available with the Silver plan.

We are unsure on how may customers we will have each month, all going well - lots.
30 - 50meg would be good - again unsure until we get customer feedback.
We will be generating fast turn around a customer uploads a job, we download, print and then delete the job.

we have lots of product options within each product, we have signed up with the silver package and are trying to make the variations work for us within each product.

Being that of a quantity increase within each product, additional services are a flat percentage mark up. Is it possible to have a percentage option put in place as well as a price in the pop up variation window?
This would mean we could set up 1 variation with a percentage for each additional option instead 30 or 40 price variations?

As for the file upload limit increase - unfortunately it turns out impossible. Not because 50 mg is a lot - we just have not technical possibility to increase it for one store.

test products are under upload your design
if an increase in file size is not possible it would seem after much effort your cart may not work for us. I have been impressed by the functionality and the layout. But we are now falling short.
