Thank you for posting your question here. I'm sorry you faced a problem with shipping rates in your Ecwid store. I'd be happy to help you rectify it.
Basically, Brasil Correios is a carrier calculated shipping method
. It means that Ecwid sends the order information (parcel dimensions, weight, origin and customer’s shipping addresses) to the carrier servers. Taking into account this information, the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, Brasil Correios, etc.) calculates shipping rates and sends them back to Ecwid. I inspected your Starter site https://thebloom.ecwid.com and could not recreate the issue from my end.
I added a few products to the bag and proceeded to the checkout. I entered this shipping address: Brazil, Sau Paulo, 01131-000 and saw these rates:
As I can see in your Ecwid control panel > Settings > Shipping page, you have these shipping methods http://take.ms/nlTyC
So, Brasil Correios shipping method works properly in your store for me now.
Still, I understand that this doesn't mean there are any issues on your end. To help me to find out what might go wrong, please let me know the following:
1 - Can you recreate the issue from your end at the moment?
2 - Can you reproduce the problem on your site and on your Starter site https://thebloom.ecwid.com
3 - What products did you add to the bag?
