Joomla site header disappears when cart url used on product page

Website with issue:
https://winedog.com/

Recreate issue: You first need to add a product to cart then click on "Shopping Cart" at the top right to see that the header of the website disappear BUT the cart displays. Also teh footer appears fine.

I use this URL prefix like this;
https://winedog.com/shopping-cart
https://winedog.com/shopping-cart#!/~/cart

This url shopping cart has always worked with every site I use it. Weird that the whole header/menu of the site just vanishes. Must be an index issue I can't find?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us,

I checked your website and I was able to see the situation that you referred to.

After that I did a bit of testing and I was able to find a fix for it: Ecwid product browser scroller.

Basically it's a code that you will need to add right after the <body> tag in your website where your Ecwid store page is located: https://winedog.com/shopping-cart

Here's the code:
Code:
<div id="ecwid_product_browser_scroller"></div>
In case you can't add it there, please add it anywhere on your store page and add this code:
Code:
#ecwid_product_browser_scroller {
	position: fixed !important;
	top: 0px;
}
to the active theme in Ecwid control panel > Settings > Design > Custom CSS Themes.
Thank you.
