Facebook store on non-profit page

I'm trying to create a ecwid store on our non-profit organization's facebook page, but when I try to look for the Ecwid app, I get a blank page...
I wonder if either Facebook or Ecwid won't allow stores to be set in these kind of pages?

Hello!

I’m sorry that you have faced this issue. In order to fix it, please, make sure you are logged in to Facebook as person and not as a page, otherwise the page with the app settings (https://apps.facebook.com/ecwid-shop/ ) will be shown blank.

Please, refer to this article for details: http://help.ecwid.com/customer/porta...book#blankpage

I hope this helps! If there are any questions, do not hesitate to ask, I’m glad to help you.

Thanks Daria!
That's exactly what happened... We have a page rather then a "person's page", does that mean we can't setup the store then?

Hello!

Sorry for such a long delay with the reply.

You need to login into Facebook as the admin of your non-profit organisation's Facebook page created within this account. Then you will be able to add your store to Facebook using this instruction: http://help.ecwid.com/customer/porta...toretoFacebook

Please try it out and let me know if any further assistance is required. I'll be glad to help you.
