Need to Upgrade but....Have Questions

I started out with a free account before your change, I am now at 100 products.. I need to upgrade but am confused at pricing .. one chart shows venture at $15 , one chart at $12..50..

I only need a store up to 500 products.. don't understand the different charts and pricing.. what is my next upgrade if I have been with you for some time??

help please.

Hi,

I gather you refer to the pricing on our website: http://www.ecwid.com/plans-and-pricing.html This page shows two pricing sets:
- Annual plans which require annual payment and include a discount: you pay for one year but only for 10 months totally, as a result the price per month would be e.g. $12,50 for Venture. This set is open by default.
- Monthly plans (switch to them by clicking on Monthly plan button above the forms)

You can also learn about all prices and features included in each plan in our knowledge-base: http://kb.ecwid.com/w/page/61132443/...es%20breakdown

Hi,
