Your site seems to be using Joomla, so I think this is a known issue.

Joomla seems to strip the <script> tags from any inserted code such as that required for the widget, therefore you don't get the full functionality.

What would be nice is if someone could create a plugin so you can display the single product widget without the problem of the tags being stripped from the page. The plugin could be developed for both Joomla, and Wordpress, and any other similar CMS if applicable, so all you put in your page, is the typical plug-in tag something like that below:

HTML Code:
{product_id="39393933"}

Joomla can remove the <script> code from article content for security reasons. This is why thumbnail and ‘Add to bag’ button doesn’t show when you place product with ‘HTML code’.

In order to add script code in article, like in your case you should set up your WISIWIG editor, which you use for articles creation in such way, that it allows to add scripts there. Please, refer to this article for details of Joomla editor set up: http://kb.ecwid.com/w/page/15853297/...alinstallation

Once you change editor settings that it will not remove script code and add HTML code again, product widget will show thumbnail and “Add to Bag” button

I've installed JCE Editor (Joomla 1.6.5) and found even the above suggestion is not working, it is still stripping the tags (even basic tags like HTML <!--Comments-->.

There's some additional config settings in JCE Editor I found must be done first, to allow javascript.

After testing, this still didn't work......until I went into article manger (and did the second part of the above link's instructions on getting the editor to accept <script> code).

might not be the case, but I use two essential Joomla! extensions with ECWID:

1) JUMI. Look it up and invest in it.

2) ADVANCED Module Manager. It lets you place widget modules with flexible module locations and events.

The JUMI extension is great to insert any type of <SCRIPT> into your pages.
