Hello,
When new order was placed, Ecwid sends a notification to the store administrator to address that was set in Ecwid control panel -> System Settings -> Mail -> Admin notifications -> "Send notifications to email:" field.
I have checked our log files and as far as I can see all notifications about new orders have been successfully sent to your address. Please, check your mailbox and "Spam" folder, as notifications get there sometimes.
If you have not received any notifications, I suggest you to contact with your mail server support team. I have also PMed you the details from our log-files, which will help them in this problem investigation.
If any other info from our side is required, please, feel free to ask.
