How do I change the Square payment account?

Hi,

I want to change the Square setup to another Square account inside of ECWID. After I remove Square as the payment option, I can add it back in but it automatically uses the first Square account, doesn't give me an option to log back in.

Any ideas on how to change the Square account to another one? Thanks!

Hi Jeff!

My name is Emma and I am from Ecwid Customer Care team. Thank you for reaching out!

I will be happy to give you the instruction on how you can disconnect your current Square account:

1) Go to your Ecwid control panel > All Sales Channels > POS page. Just in case, here is the direct link to the page: https://my.ecwid.com/cp#pos:view=square
2) Hover your mouse over Business Name link and choose the Disconnect Square option, screenshot: https://take.ms/BMWRx
3) Remove Square payment method in Ecwid control panel > Payment
4) Connect another Square account to Ecwid

Hope, this helps. if you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us via this form: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

We will be happy to help!
