Hi Linda.

I see that you have a website on Wordpress platform here: http://souly4youbylindagillis.com/book-store-2/

Let me explain what is going on:
Basically there are two Wordpress based platforms: hosted and downloadable. You used our instructions for the Wordpress hosted platform, however you have a Wordpress downloadable solution.

The instructions for installing Ecwid store to this platform differ from the Wordpress hosted platform.
Please follow these instructions to showcase you store on your website:
http://help.ecwid.com/customer/porta...-downloadable-

Please mind that you have to install our Wordpress plugin first. You can download it here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/ecwid-s.../installation/

After you install and connect your Ecwid store to your website, go to the Book Store page editor and enter text mode in it. After that you need to add the shortcodes for your store. So the codes for the Book Store page should look something like this:
Code:
[ecwid_script] [ecwid_productbrowser]
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Thank you.
