My Ecwid Store is not updating on my Wordpress Blog

I have updated my store via my Ecwid dashboard, but it is not updating on my Wordpress store page. What is the problem? Should/can I update my Ecwid app or whatever it is on Wordpress?

I followed your link and can see the shop loading. Is your problem solved now?

I think I fixed it. It seems I inadvertently created a duplicate store with a different ID number. Frankly, I don't know how that happened, but Ecwid is a pretty confusing system for the untrained like me.

Ecwid is most definitely NOT easy. I read all the "get started" pages beforehand and it didn't prevent several problems that, judging from this user forum, are common. It would help to post answers to these in the Knowledge Base. It would also help to have actual customer service. As I said, I resolved the problem myself, with no help from forum members or Ecwid staff. But thanks for piling on on with the non-answers.
