Is there a way to link an option selection with an action? What we would like to do is have a pop-up happen when an option is selected.

Or can we make the option an actual link?

At the moment I am not sure which solution to suggest you.
As far as I understand, you want a popup window, which will appear when a customer selects some option.
Please, send me more details of what you want to achieve: what should be in the popup? Where should the link go?
