Hello Aleria,
In order generate email notification properly and include all info about ordered products in it, all product info should be placed inside START ITEM and END ITEM tags.
I have checked your email template and have not found these tags there. That is why, email notification shown only first product, if more than one item was ordered and contains %downloads% tag instead of the link.
In order to solve the problem, you should use the template below. I have marked bold the text that was added in your notification.
Code:
Número de pedido: %orderNumber%
Fecha de pedido: %timestamp%
Estimado(a)cliente,
Gracias por su compra en %store_name%.
Puedes descargar los archivos utilizando los siguientes enlaces:
START ITEM
