Question

Received Order Notification but no order


Hello, not sure if this is an actual issue or not but I got the received order notification on the little bell thing on the ecwid site and so I went to look in my orders but there was nothing there. I deleted the samples to see if maybe that could help me see it but I still only can see previous orders that have been filled.
Please help me understand!

Hi,

Ecwid Customer Care team here. Thanks for your post!

It seems to me that you got the following message in your Control Panel:



Was that the one? If yes, then it's all ok.

It's not really an order notification, such messages don't come with each order.

It was the one sent over to you when the first sale was made through your store. Looks like it was sent for the previously placed order #11.

This is how you get order notifications for each new order placed:

1) Via email: Mail notifications

2) As push notifications on Ecwid apps for mobile devices:

* Ecwid for iOS devices

* Ecwid for Android

3) You can also set up SMS notifications either through Zapier or Twilio app in our App Market

Hope this helps to clarify the situation.

Although, if it was not the message you got and is was something else, please elaborate on what it was, preferably with a screenshot of the message itself. I'll gladly check on this if needed.
