We want to offer our breads online. Some breads are available on certain days of the week, for example Challah [Jewish bread] is baked once a week only, Friday. How to set up a product with this feature?

Basically, there is not a built-in way to set up the products like this, sorry. Yet, it might be possible with the help of a custom developed script using Ecwid API: https://developers.ecwid.com/api-documentation
