Sorry to hear that. However, I am sure your data is not lost. Please create a ticket in our bugtracker to restore it from backup. Ecwid keeps daily and weekly backups of your data for such cases, so your images are safe.
Hi Eugene, thank you. I submitted a ticket earlier today and I think they are in the process of uploading the store again now. The email I got from the ticket said it would be 7-9 hours so I am hope it will be back in a few hours. I got the email about 6 hours ago. Still praying this well all come back good. Thanks for everything.
