Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

Do you mean that you want to ask your customers' emails at checkout? If so, there is already a field where they can specify their email address. You can see it at checkout on "Payment details" step, please see the screenshot http://take.ms/5NI7C

If you mean any other field, please write back and include a bit more details: where you want to insert the field with the email and why the email field at checkout doesn't work for you.

Hope to hear from you.

Sorry for delay with reply.

Unfortunately, I cannot see the attached screenshot. Probably, you mean the notification about new orders. If so, emails are usually displayed in such notifications, please see the screenshot http://take.ms/RkK8G

I've checked your store settings and noticed that you haven't enabled our new HTML notifications. They look more professional and user-friendly than the old-ones. You can read more about them here http://www.ecwid.com/blog/new-emails...wid-store.html This feature is absolutely free for you, please go to your Control panel > Settings > What's new > find HTML notifications and enable them.

Feel free to write back if you need further help.

Thanks for writing back.

I've checked your store and I'm glad to see that you have enabled new email notifications.

Now you can make a test order in your storefront to see what the "New order" notifications look like: go to your storefront, add products to cart, choose one of the offline payment methods and place an order. Check your admin email inbox folder to see the new notification.

Also, you can edit notification templates. See how to do it in this article http://help.ecwid.com/customer/portal/articles/1777695

Feel free to write back if you need further help, we'll be glad to help.
