Mobile Shipping: Defaults to One Method Cannot Change

Hello,

I am having a problem with shipping on our mobile store.

I have created several shipping methods that seem to work fine for our web store and our facebook store. On the mobile store, however, the shipping method defaults to one method and cannot be changed.

I have created a "Pick Up" (zone World) method with no shipping charge.

First, the mobile store was defaulting to this "Pick Up" method for all orders and could not be changed. I disabled the "Pick Up" method and the mobile store used the weight based methods correctly. Now, I re-enabled the "Pick Up" method and the mobile store acts as if it does not exist (i.e. there is no way to choose the "Pick Up" method).

Mobile: voc.ecwid.com
Facebook: facebook.com/voiceofthechildren

We are having a host server problem at the moment so I am not including our web store. But that brings me to a second question. Since our host server problem started it seems that notification emails are not being sent to customers but orders are still being processed via the mobile store and facebook. Can I change the email address on the account to another domain address or gmail to have the notifications be sent or is the function related to the domain assigned to the account?

Suggestions?

Thanks for any assistance.

Has there been a resolution for this? We're having this same problem.

Which "problem" do you mean? If you mean, unable to change shipping method on your mobile store, the problem resolved itself but I now have the problem of orders on the mobile site being processed without payment.

Hello,

Jena Green, I've inspected your mobile catalog. As far as I can see everything works fine. Please look at this screenshot:

Please let me know if I missed something.

VoC Admin, Could you please details the issue you discovered? How can I reproduce it?

I have started a new thread with the details of the problem I am having:
http://www.ecwid.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11810
I just received two order notices with a Russian billing address so I suspect someone with ECWID is looking at the issue.

Thank you.
