At the moment, Ecwid doesn't have the integration with the SendCloud service, unfortunately.

I got some good news. After some negotiations with the app developer, we published the SendCloud app back to our App Market. The SendCloud integration via this app works correctly now, and the developer will support this app and integration.

Default sendcloud app Not working ok

Hello ,
I did remove all shippings method disconnect the app and delete it also in sendcloud. Then i did download the app sendcloud in ecwid again en make the connection in sendcloud. Then i did add the new shipping methods with only the name delivery, pickup and delivery eu for sending outside of the Netherlands. It seems to work only not for shipping eu and i did test it on another device i did not use before.
What is going on here?
Also when i test it a second time again on my normal computer for the standard delivery or pickup the orders do not come in anymore in sendcloud. Is this because i do it on the same computer??? If that is so what wil happen then with customers whoe order more freqent are this orders also not go into sendcloud??
I hope i will get the connection done right but for now after more then 6 or 7 time’s connect and disconnect and over and over remove all shippings and add them again i am not so hopefull anymore.
Please help me out?

SendCloud is a shipping tool developed by CloudShops that collects multiple carriers like DHL, DPD, UPS etc. Recently we added SendCloud app to our Ecwid App Market.

I am sorry you faced the issue with SendCloud app. As I understand the app worked from time to time and not all the orders were transferred to SendCloud.

The thing is that we were experiencing some problems with webhooks and it could be the reason why not all orders were showing up in SendCloud. Now the app should run stably and all the orders should go to SendCloud, it doesn’t matter if they are placed from one device more than once.

If you continue to experience the problem with missing orders you may want to contact the SendCloud Support directly at: https://www.sendcloud.com/contact.

If you have any questions, please contact us at support@ecwid.com and attach your correspondence with SendCloud so we could investigate it further for you.

I noticed that the sendcloud app is no longer available in the App Market. Is this permanent? We are just starting a new shop using Ecwid and we would like to work with SendCloud to handle the shippings.

Hi Marcel,

Unfortunately, the SendCould app developer stopped its support soon after publishing the app. That's why we had to remove it from our App Market. Sorry for this. As an alternative, check out the following apps:
