customer tried paying twice. both times order was declined. his bank account still charged. need help!


My client attempted to pay for services twice online last night. Both transactions came back with declined emails. I am showing both transactions as declined in my dashboard. How do I refund one of the transactions so that I am only paid once. Please call me 480.541.0054.

If you need to make a refund for your order paid via Authorize.Net, then you need to go to your Authorize.Net merchant account interface, login to your merchant account, find the transaction and refund it, and then also cancel the order from the Ecwid control panel.
