Hi Clara,

thank you for your fast reply. I think i did not express the issue in a clear way: when a customer places an order, i, as a admin, receive a html notification with the new order info. This is how the header of the email looked:

the notification was from Ecwid but i had the reply to field with the customer`s email address.

This is how the header of the new email notification looks:

the notification is from Ecwid but i don`t have the reply field with the customer`s email address.

Now when i click reply, the to: field is with the ecwid email address.

Thank you

Hello,

I am very sorry for misunderstanding. Thanks a lot for providing me with details and with screenshots!

Yes, I am afraid at the moment the customer's email address is not automatically entered in the "reply to" field. Our developers are already working on fixing this and I will let you know as soon as there is an update.

I apologise for the inconveniences caused by this issue.

Thank you!

Hi,

What "language" is used in the html email templates (not html, but scripting)?
I can see some "list", "if", "$", "@", and others.
Is there a full list of the coding possibilities and syntax (not only the variable page)?

Thank you guys

Hello,

Good news - the issue with the "reply to" field has been fixed and now the customer's email address is automatically entered there when you click the "Reply" button in the notifications.

Thank you!

Hello.

As you know, our new emails/HTML notifications not only look great but also provide powerful tool for advanced users and developers. They are powered by a template engine which has an ability to use variables, conditions, loops and string formatting.

Our template engine is based on FreeMarker template engine and we are working on documentation for the template syntax and already have an article about notification variables. You can read the article here: http://help.ecwid.com/customer/portal/articles/1777695

If you need to learn about conditions, loops and other stuff, please refer to the official FreeMarker documentation: http://freemarker.org/docs/dgui_template.html
