Question

Ecwid into catalogue

Hi, I´m trying to transform the store into a catalogue. I have followed all the instructions in the help section, but it hasn´t work.

I haven´t selected any kind of payment. Then I went into Design and selected a new css design. There I entered this code:

td.ecwid-productBrowser-productsTable-buy,
div.ecwid-AddToBagButton,
div.ecwid-productBrowser-details-qtyPanel {
display:none;
}

I still can see the add to the cart button and quantity.

I also cleaned the cahe and open the store in chrome and firefox and it doesn´t work.

What else can I do to transform Ecwid in a catalogue? Thank you

Hello!

Thank you for reaching out!

I understand your situation and the reason why you can not hide the Quantity panel and the “Add to Bag” button is that recently there’s been an update in Ecwid and some element selectors have been changed (including Add to Bag buttons).

To hide "Add to Bag" button and Qty fields and turn your Ecwid Store into a Catalog, please go to Settings > Design, insert this code into your active CSS Theme and save the changes.
Code:

td.ecwid-productBrowser-productsTable-buy,
.ecwid-btn--addToBag,
.ecwid-productBrowser-details-qtyPanel {
  display:none !important;
}
If you would like to hide the Quantity field from the shopping cart page as well, please refer to this article.

And thanks a lot for the feedback, we will change instructions given in the article on How to turn Ecwid into a product Catalog shortly.
