Software issue??


Hi,

I've just been looking at my site and when i try to view a product i now get the following message:

"...The server software has been upgraded. Will reload the page now..."

Is this a temp problem, Upgrade issue or is the outage still running?

Default Me too but it works on IE

I am getting the error message also. However, the site works in IE 8.

I'm experiencing the problem in IE8, but it works OK in Google Chrome

It looks like a backend upgrade is in progress. They will get this going soon I'm sure.

All kinds of bumps happen when making changes.

Hi all,

Sorry for all these issues.
Ecwid was upgraded to the v4.1 and some errors appeared during the upgrade.
They are already fixed, so all stores should work without issues now.

We're investigating the cause of this error, more information about it will be available later.

Hm, it loads fine for me. What error do you get? What browser do you use?

Try to clear Chrome`s cache and reload your store page. Do you see the same message?
