However, the country's profile where I am (Trinidad) uses mainly FB for social media, and most people use mobile, specially blackberry, and when I sent the link on FB, I was not able to open from my Ipod when I checked.
My question is how to set up the url, considering that my blog has a .com domain? Or should I use FB app as the main one since people here use FB most of the time?

If I use the blog as the main one, is it going to have ".html" in the end of the url like it's now showing?

mobile: http://vaneart.ecwid.com/
I'm getting confused with so many urls...
Thanks,
Vanessa.

Hi,
The Store URL, setup in Ecwid control panel, System Settings -> General -> Store Profile, is used in mobile catalog, to form links in mail notifications and social sharing (when you like/share an item, there's a shared link opening the product page). So it's important to specify the correct link there.
Facebook has certain restrictions on 3rd party applications (those not Facebook native): they don't work on pages from mobiles. That's why when your customers enter your Facebook page from mobiles they don't see the shop link (and iPad is considered as a mobile device by Facebook). With this regard, as long as your core audience use mobiles, you shouldn't use the link to your Facebook shop as your store front URL.
Please, refer to this article where we explain this question in details and offer solutions:

Since you have Ecwid on a website, we'd recommend using the website link http://www.vaneartstudio.com/p/shop.html
We're about to release responsive layout for Ecwid. It'll allow displaying Ecwid stores nicely in all screens. So it'll be very convenient for your mobile customers to browse and buy from your website.
