The inline SEO catalog requires server side scripting in order for it to work. Blogger does not allow for server side scripting, thus it is not possible to integrate the inline SEO catalog into the site made with Blogger.com public service.
The best thing we can recommend instead is to use the Wordpress blog on your own server and install the official Ecwid plugin there. This will provide an indexable store at minimal efforts.
