Do you mean you would like to move In stock, Price, Qty and the Add to Bag button under the product description on the product details page? Could you possibly provide a screenshot that demonstrates the exact desired position of these elements?

I want to re-position these items within the right panel if possible to achieve a more compact layout having the add to bag under a line of these other items.

I have made a screenshot of how I would like the "in Stock", Price, Qty and add to bag button to be positioned.

It can be seen at the bottom of the link.

I have not found your screenshot, unfortunately.

But, in order to place "In stock", Price and Qty in one line you can use following code in your custom CSS theme:
Code:
div.ecwid-productBrowser-details div.ecwid-productBrowser-price,
div.ecwid-productBrowser-details-inStockLabel,
div.ecwid-productBrowser-details-outOfStockLabel {
  float: left;
  padding-right: 10px;
  padding-top: 6px;
}
div.ecwid-productBrowser-details-qtyPanel,
div.ecwid-productBrowser-details-like {
  float: left;
}
div.ecwid-productBrowser-backgroundedPanelInner>table {
  clear: both;
}
div.ecwid-productBrowser-backgroundedPanelInner>table  tr td {
  text-align: left;
}

Thanks Maya
I have included your suggestion in my custom css but it has not placed "In stock", Price and Qty in one line.
Has it anything to do with me including the following in my custom css:

div.ecwid-productBrowser-details-rightPanel {
min-width: 300px;
}
div.ecwid-productBrowser-details-rightPanel > table {
width: 100%;
}
div.ecwid-productBrowser-details-rightPanel div.ecwid-productBrowser-backgroundedPanel {
min-width: 300px;
}
