Please find a solution for mobile phones and pads - it's a huge percentage on Facebook!
Possibly no shopping bag for mobile phones in the Shop, or at least a hint to the STORE key that they know that there is no link fault (so they have to see the SHOP key).

Do you mean the blue SHOP button or the store content at https://www.facebook.com/paintings4u/app_251458316228?

You can enable more languages in your Ecwid control panel>System Settings>General>Languages.
