As far as I can see, you've corrected the Ecwid integration codes in your tab - now it loads fine.

<script type="text/javascript"><!--
document.write(unescape("%3Cscript id='pap_x2s6df8d' src='" + (("https:" == document.location.protocol) ? "https://" : "http://") +
"anabolic-designs.postaffiliatepro.com/scripts/trackjs.js' type='text/javascript'%3E%3C/script%3E"));//-->
</script>
<script type="text/javascript"><!--
PostAffTracker.setAccountId('default1');
var AffiliateID='12345';
try {
PostAffTracker.track();
} catch (err) { }
//-->
</script>

and I have this that was at the start of this thread where I have amended also to https as recommended. I shall also alter the ecwid to https

<script id="pap_x2s6df8d" src="https://www.anabolic-designs.postaffiliatepro.com/scripts/clickjs.php" type="text/javascript">
</script>
<script type="text/javascript">
var AffiliateID='12345';
papTrack();
</script>
The most actual info about what tracking codes should be used can always be found in your Post Affilaite Pro back-end . There is also an article in our knowledge base describing how to use that codes with Ecwid:
http://kb.ecwid.com/w/page/52731315/...ffiliate%20Pro

As to the codes in this thread, they could be obsolete because those are PAP codes not ours and PAP could simply change the requirements. It also possible that the codes fit only some particular PAP users. Again, the proper codes are in your PAP back-end and in our article.

I think the second block of code you posted does the same thing as the first one, so the second block is most likely not needed. Anyway, as far as I understand, the visits/clicks tracking works fine in your store at the moment, right? If so, I believe it is not necessary to change anything.

What payment method did you use?

Would you mind if I place a test order in your store to check whether the codes work as expected?

Hey, thanks for checking. I shall remove the second block of code, and please do place a test order.

We are using Paypal as the payment processor. I can immediately refund your purchase so the funds return to your account.

Or, I can give you backend access to the PAP account, as the clicks are tracking absolutely fine, simply not the sales.

Thanks for you help!

I will use an offline payment method (Phone order) for placing a test order. I'll get back to you soon.

Thanks.

I've inspected your store once again. As far as I can see, you've edited the code and it doesn't contain the line 'var AffiliateID = 'current affiliate id';' this time. Why did you remove that line?

Before placing a test order, I need to understand what exact approach you want to use on your Facebook page. As you probably know, Ecwid basically allows three different options for creating affiliate programs:
http://kb.ecwid.com/w/page/24740703/...tes%20features

Please read that article and specify which one you want to use. In other words, do you want to place your storefront on different partner's sites or FB pages and track the sales coming from there or you want to track referrals coming to your store from affiliate banner/links?

Hi, we want to track sales coming from FB store fronts. So we want to integrate the catalogue onto FB and so customers can buy from FB on fb pages.

I didn't remove any code, I simply ensured that the code was cut and pasted EXACTLY as it appears inside the back end log in for PAP.

I have done this with the clicks tracking and sale tracking code.

Could you please take a look now and explain in really simply terms as I am not a coder and this is like talking a foreign language to me. Please be very specific in the code what needs changing. We can talk over private message if that helps?

Here is the code for the clicks and sales tracking now installed in FB custom html, exactly as it appears in the back end of PAP.

<div>
<script type="text/javascript" src="https://app.ecwid.com/script.js?1575325" charset="utf-8"></script>
<script type="text/javascript"> xProductBrowser("categoriesPerRow=3","views=grid(3 ,3) list(10) table(20)","categoryView=grid","searchView=list"," style="); </script>
<noscript>Your browser does not support JavaScript. Please proceed to <a href="https://anabolic-designs.ecwid.com">HTML version of Anabolic Designs™ | Perform and Transform</a></noscript>
</div>
<script type="text/javascript"><!--
document.write(unescape("%3Cscript id='pap_x2s6df8d' src='" + (("https:" == document.location.protocol) ? "https://" : "http://") +
"anabolic-designs.postaffiliatepro.com/scripts/trackjs.js' type='text/javascript'%3E%3C/script%3E"));//-->
</script>
<script type="text/javascript"><!--
PostAffTracker.setAccountId('12345');
try {
PostAffTracker.track();
} catch (err) { }
//-->
</script>
<script id="pap_x2s6df8d" src="https://anabolic-designs.postaffiliatepro.com/scripts/salejs.php" type="text/javascript"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">
PostAffTracker.setAccountId('default1');

var sale = PostAffTracker.createSale();
sale.setTotalCost("%order_total%");
sale.setOrderID("%order_id%");

PostAffTracker.register();
</script>

Hi,

I will surely help you with the code. To help you, I need to know, what do you want to achieve exactly.

Ecwid allows placing storefronts on unlimited number of Facebook pages and track all the sales and customers coming from there in single control panel. An Ecwid account and our Facebook application is all you need for that. No affiliate software or tracking code is necessary for that. So, what do you need the affiliate tracking code for?

Those FB pages that you want to install your store on are your partners' pages and you want to calculate the affiliate commissions based on where the sales come from. Is it right? Or they all are your FB pages and you just need to know where an order comes from (without any partner's commisions)? Or you want to place ad banners/links on partner sites outside Facebook and track visitors coming from there to your Facebook pages?

There are various way an affiliate program can be setup. And the exact approach and the exact tracking code depends very much on the chosen way. So, please further detail what you want to achieve at the end. Thank you in advance.

Exactly. They are partner pages from all over the world (athletes, personal trainers, small health clubs).

We want to install our store into their FB pages, and track the sales and commissions.

If we can do this without an affiliate package as complicated as PAP, please tell me how, as that is exactly all we want to do.

Exactly this is correct.

Any joy on this one Matvey?
