Dummy images

Hi,

I'm still viewing the fruit dummy products on my test page.
In the Ecwid control panel I can't see those products so I don't know how to get rid of them.

Here's the link to the website I'm working on.
http://www.futsaluk.net/content/shop-new.php

Thanks.

Hi,

I've checked your Ecwid store. The three demo products Pear, Peach and Orange are available in your Ecwid control panel, Catalog -> Products. You can filter your products list by typing in a product name in 'Name' field, this way you can find all three products and remove them one by one by clicking the red cross on the right.
Please, make sure you're logged in to the control panel for store id 1908048 (shown on the bottom of each page).

If you still don't see these demo products in your control panel, please email us a screenshot of the page.

Thanks for that.

I found them where I could delete them!

Hi Svetlana,

Is there a way to not have the 'main' categories displayed going across horizontally?
I need to launch the site asap, so if you could please get back to me asap that would be really appreciated.

You can hide the list of horizontal categories, using following code in your custom CSS theme:
Code:
div.ecwid-categoriesTabPanel {
 display: none;
}
Or you can delete this categories widget code completely.

I've changed the font pixel size to '0 pixels'. that seems to have done the job but is this the correct way to do it? will it be problematic in the future?

That is not a correct approach.

Your current theme seems to be the copy of our standard theme. That is not correct either and will cause you problems with the new features that will appear in upcoming versions of Ecwid. You should only add the necessary rules to your custom theme, but not copy the whole standard theme.

So I would recommend to review your current custom CSS theme and only have there the rules that you need, including the one Maya suggested.

Hi,

Is there any option to display the different colours of the same product?

Yes, sure. In order to set different color of the same item you should use product variations functionality that allows to set separate image/price/sku/qty for each option (color in your case) separately.

If you have any questions, please, feel free to ask.
