Paypal integration failing

How can we help you?
Paypal has incorrect information regarding how to permit payments to come from your online stores. I've uploaded screenshots of their instructions and none of this exists in your backend. How do you set this up then?

Everything is setup per Ecwid's instructions and it doesn't work at all. Please help?
